1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkr277", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkr277 platform and its operating entity, operating the website at pkr277.net.
• "Platform" means the pkr277 website, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all gaming and betting services made available through them.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the pkr277 Platform or who accesses or attempts to access the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the pkr277 Platform, used to access gaming, betting, and financial services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency accepted by pkr277 for all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkr277 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkr277.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of your first access to the Platform and remain in force for the duration of your account relationship with pkr277, including any period following account closure where obligations remain outstanding.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with pkr277's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkr277.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pkr277 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an account on the pkr277 Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-personal legal structures may not register accounts on the pkr277 Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of pkr277 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a Self-Exclusion order, whether initiated voluntarily through pkr277 or through any other mechanism.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

pkr277 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of pkr277 services, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your pkr277 account:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one account only on the pkr277 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Bonus Fraud.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains current and accurate at all times. You must notify pkr277 of any changes to your personal details promptly via live support.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your pkr277 account and must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkr277 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• pkr277 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. Verification may require submission of a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other documentation acceptable to pkr277.
• pkr277 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to applicable legal obligations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkr277 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via the payment methods currently available on the Platform, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Crypto. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pkr277 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to pkr277's verification and anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals of Real-Money Funds that are not subject to any Bonus Wagering Requirement will be processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. pkr277 targets processing of most PKR withdrawals within 30 minutes during business hours, though processing times may vary by payment method.
• pkr277 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as determined by pkr277's compliance procedures.
• Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit via your payment provider — other than in cases of genuine unauthorised transaction — will constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr277 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All Bonus Funds are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion on the pkr277 Platform, in addition to the following general bonus terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to Real-Money Funds upon satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited without notice.
• Each promotion will specify which games or betting markets are eligible to contribute towards the Wagering Requirement. Wagers placed on ineligible games will not count and may, in some cases, result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds.
• pkr277 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, the terms in force at the time of crediting shall apply.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the specific wagering process described in the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise by pkr277. Claiming a new bonus while a prior Wagering Requirement is outstanding may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the pkr277 Platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the pkr277 system. Bets may not be amended or cancelled after confirmation unless pkr277 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
• pkr277 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being presented to Players. Where bets are voided, stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records held by pkr277's system shall be deemed authoritative. Players may raise disputes via live support within 72 hours of the relevant event settling.
• pkr277 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum win amount applicable to any Player, market, or event, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Published return-to-player (RTP) rates are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific return within a given session.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play, as administered by the live dealer and live casino provider. pkr277's liability in respect of live casino games is limited to the net wagering outcome on the Platform.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr277 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the pkr277 Platform, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies on the Platform. Players who identify errors must report them to pkr277 support immediately and must not exploit them.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or manipulation of sports or casino outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards pkr277 staff or other Players.

9 Responsible Gaming

pkr277 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every Player's account dashboard. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period of no less than 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap their net losses over a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure reminders that trigger after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may voluntarily suspend their account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed or reactivated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently close their pkr277 account. Self-excluded Players are prohibited from attempting to re-register under the same or different personal details during the exclusion period. pkr277 will take reasonable steps to enforce Self-Exclusion but cannot guarantee detection of circumvention attempts.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr277 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, trade names, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr277 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pkr277.
• Modify, create derivative works from, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Use any pkr277 trademark, logo, or trade name in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pkr277's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which pkr277 reserves all rights and remedies.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr277 hereby excludes all liability for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, server outages, network interruptions, or software errors on the Platform, whether or not caused by pkr277.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or cryptocurrency networks.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional information.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit pkr277's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by pkr277's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pkr277's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to pkr277 during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

pkr277 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkr277's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to pkr277's operating entity for resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform.
